Aqua-Rec
Management has a variety of employment opportunities available
including, but not limited to, Probationary Lifeguards,
Lifeguards, Head Lifeguards, Supervisors, Area Managers, and
Swim Instructors. So, if you enjoy working outdoors,
interacting with other people, and are passionate about
safety, we have a job for you. | |

Our employment
season is usually from the beginning of May until the end of
September. However, the hiring process begins much early and
continues throughout the year. We begin accepting applications
as early as January for the upcoming season. Lifeguard
training will begin in February and continue through the month of
April.
Experience is
rewarded but not required. All employees will participate in
the Starfish Aquatics Institute STARguard training program that is
conducted by members of our staff. Upon completion of the
program, each employee will be certified as a professional lifeguard
with additional certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Bloodborne
Pathogen Exposure. |

We
offer our employees a competitive salary structure with an
aggressive seasonal bonus program. In addition, we sponsor a
number of employee parties throughout the summer to reward our staff
for their hard work and dedication.
