Our approach to quality control is very simple. We place numeric and logistical limits on ourselves as a company to ensure that we will be able to maintain the hands-on management approach that has made us successful. By limiting the number of clients and the distance between each facility, we are able to guarantee our clients a management presence at every facility on a daily basis. In addition to our management personnel visiting Aqua-Rec facilities, we also have area supervisors and a number of secret shoppers available to inspect our staff and the facilities throughout the operating day.
